OAMS Architectural Design PLLC has been operating since January 24, 2023. The principal architect is Ozmar Alexander Martinez Suarez, who has worked in the architectural field since 2014. Most of his experience comes from working with a College Point, NY based architect. The College Point based firm helped Ozmar gain experience in NYC Expediting, New Buildings, Enlargements, Change of Uses, Alterations, Legalizations, Zoning Analysis, Building Code, and much more. Most of the work at the College Point firm focused on Queens and the Bronx, however, OAMS has expanded into all 5 boroughs as well as both Nassau and Suffolk counties. Jurisdictions where OAMS has worked include the Town of North Hempstead, the Town of Hempstead, the Village of Roslyn Harbor, the Village of St. James, the Village of Manorhaven, and the Town of Huntington to name a few. OAMS also holds architectural licenses in New Jersey and Connecticut. The firm has partnered with JCBP Design Studios, a New Jersey-based designer, and currently shares a New Jersey satellite office with them. OAMS strives to give the client the attention needed to reach the desired goal. It is the firm's goal do the due diligence, use expertise, and use communication to help the project move effectively and efficiently, turning the client's ideas and design into reality.
