Javier Morelos is a dedicated architectural professional with a strong foundation in both technical and design aspects of the field. He earned his Bachelor of Technology in Architectural Technology from New York City College of Technology in 2018. During his undergraduate studies, he gained valuable hands-on experience working with H G Lee Architect P.C., where he developed a specialization in navigating the architectural and regulatory landscape of New York City's five boroughs. Concurrently, Javier expanded his expertise as a freelance consultant for Ozmar’s firm, Martinez Suarez Consultants L.L.C. In 2023, Javier advanced his academic credentials by earning a Master of Architecture from The City College of New York – The Bernard and Anne Spitzer School of Architecture. He is an active member of the American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS) and is registered with the New York City Department of Buildings (NYC DOB) as a Class 2 Filing Representative, demonstrating his continued commitment to professional growth and compliance within the industry.
