Jennifer has been working with OAMS specializing in the Long Island jurisdictions, as well as on projects in New York City. She graduated from NYIT in May 2023 with a Bachelor in Architecture and a Minor in Business, and in May 2025 she completed her Master of Science in Real Estate Development with a Concentration in Sustainable Development at New York University. Jennifer is also registered with the NYC DOB as a Filing Representative Class 2. In addition, she is a member of AIA and represents OAMS at Long Island Builders Institute. She is currently preparing to take the ARE licensure exams in hopes of becoming a registered architect in New York State.
